Hosting With The Handle Bar
Hosting with us is simple - you’ll be charged a flat fee for the bar rental, and staff costs and consumables based on the size and length of your event. This way, we can ensure that your guests are well-cared for and everything fits in your budget prior to your event so you’re not breaking the bank.
Once you’ve decided on the details of your events and we have both signed a contract locking in your prices - we’ll send you our alcohol calculator to ensure purchasing alcohol is a breeze!

the date is set, you’ve sent your inquiry… now what?
We’ll get back to you with a custom proposal and contract for your event based on the information you’ve provided us in your inquiry
Once you have signed our online contract, you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable deposit to finalize your booking - this will be put toward your final bill.
Two months prior to your event, we will finalize details and provide a shopping list for your alcohol purchase with quantities and types of alcohol to consider including.
On event day, we’ll show up two hours before the event, to set up, and receive the alcohol to begin chilling. Once the event is finished we pack up the remaining alcohol and place the boxes in a location designated by yourself.
